It’s right beside Sorgho school, which means you can walk to the playground to play.

The houses in the back of the neighborhood tend to be a little close together.

Home Styles In Whispering Meadows

The front of the neighborhood was built by Mike O’bryan, a custom builder within the community. All of the homes in the front are typically a traditional ranches or 1.5 stories. The back of the neighborhood was built by Jagoe Homes so they have a more craftsman style. This section of the neighborhood is run by a separate HOA than the front.

The front of Whispering Meadows was built by custom home builders and it contains many single level homes with a traditional style. You’ll notice that the front and the back of the neighborhood look very different and they have different HOA’s as well. Most of the floorplans are between 1,800 and 2,000 square feet, offering plenty of room for growing families.

There are also a few craftsman style homes. At the front of the neighborhood, you’ll find that these homes are all brick (front HOA requires mainly brick), but at the back of the neighborhood they are mainly siding.

Jagoe Homes

The back half of the neighborhood was built by Jagoe Homes, so you’ll find many single level and two story homes with the Jagoe floor plans there. While these yards are typically closer together than the front of the neighborhood, they still offer plenty of room for gathering and parking.
